Unsure due to: Too little information. There are a vast amount of structures that can cause pain in the abdomen. Along with chills, there may be something very wrong and you should go to the er. You could have anything from a virus causing some issues to a rupture of a structure in your abdomen, no way to know over the computer, need to see er doc as soon as possible. First of all: take your Temperature.....the shaking could be chills!!! Secondly find a place to be seen ...a Walk In unit/ER may be necessary. Call your Primary Care Provider's office..someone may be "covering".....Hope this helps!

Not sure.: Difficult to tell what this means without more detail and without doing a physical exam. If this is a new development, and if your pain is severe or you are having any other associated symptoms, I would see your doctor or go to the emergency room. Good luck.

i have stomach problems. goes round / round with paltapations in lower back. last wk went to rmerg rm. spent one night in hosp. dr gave some temp medication the problem still exists mostly at night early am
with paltipations and shaking but no upchuk?

unlikely: Review this withyour doctor and include any other symptoms you may be having. If you are anxious and / or stressed consider pilates to increase your core strength which will allow your abdominal muscles to deeply relax.

Virus/fever?: If you have a severe stomach pain and fever then you need to be seen right away to make sure you do not have appendicitis or other emergency problem. If you are pregnant it could be ectopic pregnancy and that is an emergency also.  If it is a cramping pain and nausea, you may be getting a stomach virus. Those usually cause vomiting and diarrhea and resolve on their own in a couple days.
