why my body often feels like shaking like an earthquake?

: Involuntary shaking can indicate a variety of causes. From being cold, to having a seizure. Are there other symptoms? What makes the shaking stop or start, is there a specific time of day this occurs? You should have a complete exam by your Dr to evaluate factors such as temperature, muscle tone, reflexes, electrolyte imbalance, etc.

i've been experiencing a lot of shaking and weakness, like an earthquake. why is this happening?

Possibilities: Perhaps there is a hyperthyroid condition, maybe you have a muscle disorder.  Parkinson's disease can cause shaking and it seems like one is weak.  Benign essential tremors run in families, and could be considered.  Cerebellar problems may present in this fashion also.  Complex, so you'd best consult with your physician and get this  pinned down.

Probably could: An earthquake is a momentous and significant experience, with substantial risk of additional head trauma but also profound emotional trauma in addition.  Your symptoms could be magnified severely.   Surprised at your question in view of where you live, as not usually a place for earthquakes, but perhaps you plan a trip.  Wish you the best.

sometimes during sleep i feel shaking in head and jaw. i stops after a few seconds. mri head scan clear a month ago. what is it? only in head. feel like earthquake but when i touch my head i didn't feel moving.  have anxiety disorders?

Additional tests: Yes, could be a panic attack BUT potentially a nocturnal seizure?   Get EEG, nighttime pulse oximetry, and next step neurologist or psychiatrist??

Dream: Bad dreams will do it.
Also sleep apnea, panic, acid reflux and increased sweating, all of which can get worse in pregnancy. If it continues see your doctor about it.

Heavy head : Get checked by your Physician.could be anything from Sinus headache to high blood pressure.

Poss low BP: Sometimes young adults and teenagers can experience low blood pressure when getting up suddenly or standing for longer periods this can make one feel shaky or lightheaded  drink plenty of fluids and don't skip meals of it is occurring frequently go see your doctor

Take : Take your temperature and see if you have a fever.  If you have a fever, any rash, vomiting, or continued chills then you must be seen immediately by your doctor or in the er.

Seizures?: Shaking uncontrollably makes me consider seizures, but this could be doubtful. I would see your doctor to consider all possibilities on why you would be shaking terribly. Good luck
