Anxiety: It is normal for anxiety to get worse when stressed.  Please see your doctor to see what is happening medically. Various things: A number of conditions can cause tremor in a young person. Some are benign, others are not. Your post is just the beginning of the diagnostic process, not the end. You need to see a live doctor in a brick-and-mortar office so that your doctor can take a comprehensive history and actually look at your tremor. That's ALWAYS the first step.

Cut back and see: Muscle cramps can occur from dehydration. Drinking excessive amounts of caffeine-containing drinks like coffee and tea can make you more dehydrated by increasing the amount you urinate. Additionally caffeine can contribute directly to muscle twitching and spasms. Try cutting back on caffeine use and see if your symptoms improve. Make sure to also increase your fluid intake to stay hydrated.

Caffeine: Is not your friend. Drink decaf or switch to tea. Tea contains caffeine but for many people it doesn't always cause the same sensitivities. If it does...Decaf tea.

i have recently been drinking coffee and today i have had tight chest pains on my left hand side for a couple of seconds. should i be worried?

Caution advised: It is unlikely that the chest pains are serious but anytime you have these you must be cautious and if occurs with shortness of breath, sweating, weakness, or lightheaded feeling then you should see a doctor immediately.  Too much caffeine can cause symptoms and is dependent on the amount.  If pains are continuing and come with exertion again should seek medical evaluation.

after drinking coffee and having anger burst, my shoulders and hands started shake heavily and my vision of color increased. suddenly i felt some weird taste in my mouth even though i didn't consume anything. should i worry?

WORRY NEVER HELPS: I do think that you may have experienced a seizure-temporal lobe, I would be in touch with your PCP, but  you probably need to see a neurologist who will want to do an EEG. Keep track of any other similar experiences .
