No food Sx: Hunger is the biggest symptom. Does to sound like what you have. Check wth your team so they can measure glucose.

Not hypoglycemia: Hypoglycemia is vanishingly rare. Symptoms include nervousness, sweating, hunger, anxiety, blurred vision, fatigue, fast heart rate, etc.  -- however unless you have diabetes and are on Insulin or other medication, have renal or liver disease, cancer or prior stomach surgery -- then true hypoglycemia neveer occurs in human beings. If it a very frequently and incorrectly made diagnosis.

Tremor: A tremor of the finger while it's at rest could be an early sign of Parkinson's disease. A neurologist would also look for some rigidity, slowness of motion, expressionless facial features and mild gait changes as other early signs.

MAYBE... OR NOT!: Everyone needs an annual physical exam to make sure s/he physically &amp; mentally well. Exam. includes history, physical: vitals like Ht, Wt, Temp, heart rate, Blood Pressure, etc;  systemic exam: HEENT, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, GI, GU, etc; relevant needed tests e.g. blood/imaging, etc. If everything normal then we clear the patient. If you had a recent normal exam, then it is OCD.

Complex: I don't know if you mean tremor, anxiety, or arrhythmia.  High potassium can cause heart conduction abnormalities but this is generally only when the potassium is over 6.5 meq/l.  If your potassium is this high, you should see your doctor immediately to be evaluated.
