See your doctor: See your doctor for an evaluation. There may be a number of things going on such as endometriosis, intermittent ovarian torsion, etc. Also, although you are only 20 years old, any woman with increase satiety, bloating, pelvic pain and excessive weight gain  needs to be evaluated for an ovarian malignancy.

Hard to say: hard to say, i would certainly be seen.  numbness is typically a symptom associated with an abnormality of the nervous system.  if it involves the entire left side of the body, it would typically involve either the cervical spine or the brain.  you sure want to get it checked out to make sure it is not a condition that may lead to a major event such as a stroke.

i know that the fight or flight response is for our body's safety, so does that mean strokes, seizures,  ect, are less likely to happen during panic?

No: Fight or flight mechanism is powered by an adrenaline burst, increasing strain on areas of vascular weakness and compromise. It's why stressful events can exacerbate these diseases.

PediatricNeurologist: I hope you are able to bring her to a Pediatric Neurologist for evaluation and treatment.   Is she taking medicines now?  Is there a family history of seizures? Simple measures...: Those experiencing seizures will not have any trouble breathing. The dangers come if there is vomiting and the vomit is aspirated into the lung.  So simply protect the head, turn the victim on their side, and if there is vomting, make sure the contents get out of the mouth. Mod not stick a tongue depressor or other object in their mouth.  Protect the body from physical injury and turn head to side.

Yes: Grand mal is another name for tonic clonic which has 2 phases in succession stiffening and jerking

trashing and kicking is not a good description, because it may not be a seizure at all.

Yes: Yes these can make seizures easier to happen as can fatigue, stimulants, and fevers

: No, aura is not seizure. Some people have symptoms before they have a seizure or a migraine such as flashes of bright lights, partial vision loss, odor smell or stiff neck, etc. Aura is almost the same as prodrome, the usual symptoms occur before a clinical event. However, not all auras are followed by a clinical event. Yes, you can function and talk when experiencing certain aura.
