Possible abscess: It could possibly be an abscess. I would definitely go have a checked out to make sure that it's nothing serious and also to have it treated before it could  potentially get worse.

Vaginitis...: It seems you might be suffering of candida vaginitis or in other words vagina yeast infection which causes the symptoms you are describing. I am not sure if where you are at you have the ability to get over the counter medication, but if you do, clotrimazole, for example,  can help with symptoms. If not see your doctor for exam and treatment.

Infection?: What you are describing may be from an infection, possibly herpes simplex virus, possibly an infected gland. You should get checked by your doctor.

Rule out torsion: Testicular torsion is an emergency situation and should be checked out ASAP. Testis will be exttemely painful, scrotum will be swollen, testis extremely tender probably higher in scrotum that the left one. Nausea 7 vomiting can occur. Otherwise, an ice-pack may help if pain is due to trauma alone. However torsion can also be induced by trauma. Good luck &amp; please take this seriously.

Might be yeast: If you are not sexually active an have labial swelling, you might have a yeast infection.  You can treat yourself with over-the-counter yeast medication.  If it doesn't get better, you should see you Gyn and have it checked out.  Best wishes!
