Hard to guess: In an individual woman, there is no way to tell if the emergency contraception worked, until time passes and she does a home urine pregnancy test (3 weeks after sex), or has her next truly normal regular period. Home pregnancy tests are very accurate, and are sold in stores everywhere. (Emergency contraception pills are for emergencies, which should happen only 1, 2, or 3 times in a lifetime.)

Missing pills could allow your body to ovulate and therefore get pregnant.

best    abstinence
better  birth control pills with condoms

Possibly: Preganacy is always a possiblity.  Purchase a home pregnancy test.  These become positive at about the time youd start your next expected period.  If negative, repeat in 1 week.
