Pain with inercourse: Back pain with intercourse is not a normal human phenomenon and an underlying cause is almost always present. If you experience back pain during intercourse consult your physician.

Abstinence: Depends on the sex pain you speak of.  Likely any discomfort will resolve in time.  If not, you should see medical evaluation. Consider abstinence to prevent this at least until you can determine why the pain presents.

See your ob/gyn: It sounds like your symptoms have reached a level where you are having difficulty in functioning.  It appears time for treatment.  The person to do this is an ob/gyn who will need to image your ovaires, see the extent of the problem and then decide to treat with medication, surgery or both.  See an ob/gyn soon!

Urology consultation: At 43, ? Prostate enlarged, not allowing bladder to empty (see picture).  If this is related to a prostate/bladder infection, this could cause pain after sex.

Pain down leg & testicle, more difficult.  They share a common nerve, can be irritated by groin hernia (aggravated by activity with sex), or a blood flow problem esp. If you smoke.  This requires your doctor to evaluate as well as urologist.

Ovarian pain: Post surgical ovarian pain that is severe with bloating generally involves ovarian cysts plus adhesions. Your  GYN surgeon should discuss with you your level of tolerance or not for the pain and whether the ovaries are still producing hormones or not in circulation. Removal of the ovaries with hormone replacement may be considered.

Not yeast: Vulvar yeast infections can cause local pain, i.e. the external genitals, which could be aggravated during sex. Yeast does not cause pelvic pain or internal pain during sex. Keep working with your gynecologist about this.  Good luck.
