If it is just irregular bleeding it should become regular in the next month or so. If it does not see your doctor.

: "Missing active pills and the full week" prior to the sugar pills will potentially allow spontaneous ovulation and the possibility of pregnancy.  "Plan B" is not 100% protective as a contraceptive measure.  Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
