21 yo male. for a few years i frequently get flushed skin. when hot, stressed, eating a big meal, sex, my chest gets blotchy red and hot. its especially bad after exercise sex or drinking.  is this a blood pressure problem? not overweight

Flushing: The blood vessels on the surface of the skin can widen and produce the flush.  Please see your doctor.  Some people are more prone to this than others.  A dermatologist or nutritionist may be helpful after seeing your primary care doctor.  Peace and good health.

my boyfriend feels emotionally and physically drained after sex. he drinks enough water,good physical fitness. yet after sex he feels very tired, like all his energy has depleted. is there some vitamins that he should be taking? he is 37.

Maybe not: In America, it is unusual for a person to have significant vitamin deficiencies if he already eats an average amount of food and does not have problems digesting and absorbing nutrients. Much food in the US is already fortified with vitamins. That said, haven't heard of a vitamin deficiency that only affects the time period "after sex." His doctor can evaluate, and review details of what happens.

Premature ejaculatio: There are a few tips to delay ejaculation if premature ejaculation is a problem for you.  You may obtain advice by a urologist, at a men's health clinic or from a specialist in sexology. At your young age one technique is to masturbate and ejaculate an hour or two before the time when you're going to have intercourse.

Normal for age: Doing twice a day at your age is not the usual frequency and your performance is normal for your age.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Urine is Sterile: Drinking urine is part of many cultures and part of sexual play in many parts of the world. There is no negative health benefits from this practice.

Happily, ovaries...: I'm happy to say that ovaries never need cleansing.  For good health, avoid drinking sugar.  A small amount of fruit juice is ok, but it's better to eat the fruit itself.  Drink enough water each day.

No chance: Herpes is transmitted from one warm moist place to another and not through an inanimate straw.

Low chance NOT zero: Whenever 2 fertile individuals have sexual relations there is ALWAYS the chance of a successful conception occurring no matter when during the cycle the act occurred.  There is simply no 100% SAFE day of the month that 2 people can have sex and not risk a pregnancy.....UNLESS it just happens to be an ANOVULATORY month (meaning the woman does not release an egg)....but how would a woman know?

: Very  unlikely, as there is no active outbreak. The virus can live on glasses, towels, and other objects, but not for long. It's always best not to share these objects. In theory it can happen, so be aware of who you interact with.

Nothing: Drinking, alcohol, is more likely to mess up your love making than help.  Good sex is a whole lot more than the number of thrusts and time spent thrusting.  You should consider developing a deeper bond with your partner.  If the length of coitus is the only thing that matters, you may consider a condom that has a local anesthetic, it will numb the feel and may delay ejaculation.
