POS network: You see in network docs only for care., kind of like an  hmo .Make sure your doc participates. It is often hard to get in to see a new physician.   Docs participate to take care of their own patients as the payment is very low, often medicare rates or lower.

When  not moderate: Balance is the key element. May be individualized moderation means that. Excess means that too much time, energy (physical/emotional/psychological) spent on the issue/activity.  When activities (or inactivity) cause problems physicallyemotionally/psychologically  with home and/or work, school relationships activities, they can be excessive.  So can work, school, relationship issues.

Cleanliness is...: ...Closer to godliness? It really depends--if you have a rough/sweaty/dirty job, then it may be necessary. If does not interfere with your social life, or alter your skin (dry it out / make it greasy, etc.), then should be ok.

Seek care: Cough is a normal reflex to clear the lower airway.  However, if cough continues beyond 6-8 weeks or is associated with other symptoms, an uation is necessary.  Gagging or vomiting after severe coughing can be seen in asthma and whooping cough (pertussis).  Stomach acid reflux can trigger coughing and have associated gagging.  A cough specialist such as a pulmonologist or allergist can help.

Yes: But you need to make the decision that you are not going to let it affect you. Time to take hold of your own life and let the bullies go!
