See ortho or derm: suggest you be eval by orthopedist or dermatologist. Sounds like a ganglion cyst, which is nothing serious, but need to be checked out to be certain.

Arthritis :  You may have arthritis. You need to be evaluated to see for sure. Sometimes of arthritis need to be treated immediately. As a rheumatologist we consider these a medical emergency. Your physician should evaluate you and if necessary have you see a rheumatologist.

Cannot say: in your particular case without a direct visit/exam/etc. BUT
cysts don't show up on x-rays. Irritations or damage of a nerve also does not show on x-ray.
A tendon can have a bleb called a ganglion cyst; its symptoms generally are what you describe.

Varies: There are a number of possible causes, I would not hesitate to be seen.  One of the more common causes is known as lateral epicondylitis which can cause lateral elbow pain but also pain in the wrist and forearm.  There are many good treatment options available.

Splint: Use a popsicle stick or get masking tape to tape the pinky finger to the 4th finger. See your doctor for exam and possible x ray. More history and physical is needed. Was there a fall or an injury? Have your parents take you to your doctor at the earliest convenience. Good luck

Use a wrist brace to: Rest the wrist, and as much as possible during work as well.
Without proper hx or exam, difficult to advise, except see an orthopod..
If any numbness ;/or weakness, it could be a carpal tunnel syndrome. The brace could help then. Take some Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen). I am sure seeing your pcp would also be quite helpful to get a dx..
