Kidney Stone?: Left sided flank and back pain that is intense, associated with nausea and comes and goes can be a sign of a kidney stone. If you have blood in your urine or dark urine this is a likely cause. See your family doctor to confirm and rule out infection which could also cause this. If the pain in becoming unbearable or you are having fevers with this, go to the emergency room.

Unlikely.: It is difficult to assess abdominal pain with the few details that we have in your short question. However, as a generalization, appendicitis usually occurs in the right lower quadrant or mid abdomen, not usually on the left. Having said that, there are other causes of abdominal pain which need medical attention that do  occur on the left side. If it persists, see your doctor. Good luck.

Ruptured cyst: This could be an ovarian cyst that ruptured. Sometimes when women have pain with nausea in the pelvic area, it's a sign of a ruptured cyst.  Small cysts on the ovaries (follicular cysts) are normal and happen every month.  Sometimes these cysts get bigger and fill with water and then burst.  That could be what happened.  If you're worried see an md they can order an ultrasound for you.

"Severe" sounds bad: A woman with new "severe pelvic pain" should call her primary doctor or Ob-Gyn doctor right away. Possible causes include infection, obstruction, twisted ovary, cyst or tumor problem, pregnancy problem, etc. If she has no personal doctor, she has to go where she will be examined. Usually, that would be the Emergency Room. One can call 911 for an ambulance if there is no safe way to get to the E.R.

Many possibilities: Many things can cause this pain. Fever, rash or discharge would suggest infection. Pain with movement and light touch would imply musculoskeletal issues such as strain or overuse. If it changes with bowel function it may be related to your intestinal tract. It may be urinary as would be the case if you had a stone. Consider seeing your doctor for examination and further testing if indicated.

See someone: Blood in stool is not something to be taken lightly.You need to see someone soon.The best place  for something acute is the Emergency Room.Once that workup done,will need to see Gastroenterologist for completeness .it could be an infection such as bacteria,diverticulitis,ulcer,polyps,etc.If taking NSAIDS stop Immediately.See someone today
