Spine Pain Options: This chronic pain in the distribution as you suggested is the result of an irritated nerve or facet joints or other injury typically in the lumbar spine (low back) which are caused by herniated disks, spinal stenosis or degenerative disc disease,  etc requiring further evaluation by a spine specialist and may be candidate for facet injections/radiofrequency ablation and epidural steroid injection.

Theraband : Your doctor can refer u to a physical therapist who can instruct u on a home program to strengthen your ankle muscles w/ theraband( including your peroneal tendons ).The therapist can also help u with proprioceptive( balance) exercises and sport- specific drills. Best of luck!

Yes: Muscles do heal. Usually, surgeons avoid muscles when possible. However, sometimes going through muscle is inevitable. Where possible, muscle can be stitched back together, which allows for better healing and reduced complications in the future.

Leg movements: Many reasons why.  You do not state how long after surgery, hours, days, weeks.  Many issues with anesthesia after surgery for several days for some folks that could be a cause. Maybe: It really depends on what type of surgery you need. It also depends on what your surgeon feels comfortable with. But a lot of mitral, aortic valve surgeries can be done this way. Also closing a hole like an ASD and doing limited bypasses at times. I tell my patients my first goal is to do a good job. My second goal is to do it "sexy". But good job comes first.

does pain killer and muscle relaxer medications react to anesthesia after 24 hours of back surgery? i took hydrocodine/acetaminophen 5-325 tb & tizanidine on the second day after surgery then after 1 hour i felt dizzy and fainted twice?

: The effect of the anesthesia should be fully gone by 24 hrs.  The post-op meds may have exacerbated a blood pressure drop which caused syncope, and the effect of the two is additive.  Discuss this with your doctor, so that meds can be properly adjusted for your needs.

Depends: It depends upon the type of surgery you had and whether or not any infection was present. In general it takes about 6 weeks for tissues to heal.

Have it reevaluated: Then you must see the orthopedist and have the shoulder reevaluated. There is no way to determine the cause of the new pain over the internet.
