Why would i be experiencing involuntary muscle movement in my legs after surgery.

Leg movements: Many reasons why. You do not state how long after surgery, hours, days, weeks. Many issues with anesthesia after surgery for several days for some folks that could be a cause. If this persists for more than 3 days after surgery, please let your surgeon know. Hope this helps. Good luck
