Raise the dose: You may try taking fexofenadine up to 4 x the recommended dose and see if this helps. Wool sweaters tend to intensify the itching. If the problem lasts for more than 6 wks, try to get to an allergist.

Go see your doc: Itching all over the body with upper belly pain may be a sign of bile obstruction from gallbladder disease or from occlusion of the bile ducts by some other process such as a growing mass or cancer. You should have your doctor check liver enzymes and get some imaging of you belly like an ultrasound or CT scan.

Pruritus: In my practice and most common cause of pruritus is too frequent bathing. You should definitely talk to the dermatologist about this and see if she/he can give you advice on the right to take care of your skin. There may be other causes so they will look.

Possibly.: Scabies can cause intense itching which worsens at night. If you check your skin you can see little burrows made by small blisters and bumps in skin folds. Places you might find them include your armpits, inner elbows, between your fingers, on your feet, around the buttocks, genitalia and breasts. Itching: This can be from multiple causes, skin infection, dry skin, drug reactions, hives, eczema, etc. Your best bet is to have your rash checked by a doctor to determine what is going on and guide your treatment. You can take an oral antihistamine to ease the itch until you reach a doctor.
