Anti-itch cream: Sunburn is caused by sun damage to the skin. The itching is part of the inflammatory response to that damage. You can use aloe-containing products, much as you would for a burn. Also, 1% Hydrocortisone cream may be of benefit. The main thing, though, is to avoid getting burned again in the future. Sunburns can be associated with the development of skin cancer.

Blisters: Medications can trigger tiny blisters in the skin related to virus which has been quiet in your body.  Please call your oncologist to have them looked at.  Meanwhile, calamine lotion may be soothing and unlikely to harm.

Itch relief: Is this isolated itching with no rash, no skin yellowing, no nausea, no loss of appetite, no difficulty breathing? If so, you can take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to help with itching. Believe it or not, acupuncture can be great for itching. If you have other generalized symptoms or the itching does not resolve, please seek medical evaluation. Take care.
