High blood pressure?: You are risking your life by using meth. If can cause many acute problems including high blood pressure, which may be the cause of your headache. It can even cause heart attacks and strokes and be deadly.

Extreme tired? Fog? Read about thyroid issues or diabetes with sugar problems. Could also explain symptoms.

Nicotine w/draw: Try some head-ache meds.  May be nicotine withdraw head ache too.  If continues, despite meds and does not get better soon, see a dr. For other causes, unrelated to quitting smoking.

Spinal headache: Sounds like you're referring to epidural anesthesia (by your spelling, i assume you don't live in the states) which can be complicated by a spinal headache due to spinal fluid leaking out from puncture site. Multifactorial: Its hard to say why you may have such a reaction to the car air conditioner. However, a common scenario is that your nasal sinuses become irritated and this leads to the headaches. I interpret these allergic reactions to be runny nose/sinus symptoms. Why is the ac  doing this? Perhaps there is something in the air filtration system that leads to the irritation and allergic reaction.
