News to me: I've never seen it. Would certainly be an extremely rare case if so. Just about any med can do anything to at least someone sometime. Having said that, I've never encountered your complaint in setting of lotensin (benazepril) therapy. Good luck, hope you successfully sort it out!

Several things: If this is a "new" condition for you then, a couple of things to consider.  One would be hormonal, most commonly thyroid gland.  There is also a phenomenon of heat intolerance in conditions which can affect the brain or spinal cord referred to collectively as demyelinating diseases. Also, sweating abnormalities resulting in the body's inability to properly cool itself can be a problem.

Jaw pain..: It sounds like you may have some form of tmd.  I would suggest seeing a dentist trained in diagnosing your condition before considering treatment options..  And they should be conservative to begin..

Generally : Generally if you are having pain to temperature it is coming from a tooth that has not had root canal treatment.  Pain to biting and chewing can be either a tooth that has or has not had root canal treatment.  You should see your dentist or an endodontist to determine the origin of your pain and then treat accordingly.

EPI: It increases heart rate and blood pressure (sometimes dangerously). It causes vasoconstriction. Variable effect on pain but generally increases sensitivity and because it ramps up your metabolism it increases heat production.  Follow your docs instructions very carefully and don't freelance.

HeatCold sensitivity: Intolerance to hot environments and/or to cold environments can have many causes, such as thyroid hormone imbalances, menopausal hormone changes, hypothalamic (brain) hormone disorders, chronic illnesses or general poor health, blood vessel disorders like raynaud's, certain medications/drugs, anxiety symptoms, etc...  Perhaps the hormonal or neurological causes have some influence on myoclonus.
