Thus, the efflux of (most constituents of) semen is not possible. It is a cause of male infertility and / or pelvic pain.  This can cause enlargement of the seminal vesicles.  See a urologist.

SEMINAL VESSICLE: This is a storage area that fills the ejaculatory duct prior to ejaculation. There are 2 and they are behind the stem of the bladder. If there is a fluid discharge that follows urination it needs to be tested in a lab to determine it's source.

Left  abdominal pain: Left side abdominal pain/ anal pain  may be  constipation, fissures, hemorrhoids,herpetic infection  radiculopathy, neuropathy , increased intraabdominal pressure,post surgical adhesions or  diverticulitis,inflammatory.

The sonogram testes abnormalities  were on the right so it is much less likely to be a cause.

Discuss with your doctor recent abdominal/pelvic CT/MRI results and your pain.

: You can play around with herbs &amp; diets if you want, several are listed on line. The treatment of choice is removal. Your doc should also assess you for absence of a kidney on that side as this can be associated with such a cyst.

Define "complete": In one sense all the equipment is in place and finished forming with the exception of some rare birth  defects. There are transitions that occur within either gender after birth under hormonal control that finalize egg and sperm readiness that will be complete at puberty. Neither gender is reproductively ready at birth, but what needs to be there is in place.
