: Not that fast. But if you're worried about chance of pregnancy, ir probably doesn't matter. Your partner isn't going to conceive if you do not ejaculate in her vagina.

Why? : I can not think of why anyone would ever want to do such a thing unless  the intention is to use someone's sperm without their permission. That is highly disturbing and unethical.

No: In real life, human sperm are not that rugged. A good washing with water will do just fine in rinsing away sperm. Soap is optional, but using soap or body wash is ok too.

Here's what you do: I'm not concerned. You and a friend enjoyed your bodies together, and cleaned up using the same tissue. Probably a majority of guys explore with another guy this way at one time or another. It's fine that you did this, many guys says it bonds them, and I'm glad you have a quality friend. The risk is near zero but it's good to be tested for HIV yearly just because you're an adult. Get it done.

Three days: This is what i learned in training, but that was in a prehistoric era.  More contemporary research might assert otherwise.  Anyway, is long enough to make conception a crap shoot.  Be careful!

No Guessing: Any sperm inside of the vagina when you are ovulating can produce pregnancy. If your next period does not start it will be wise to get a pregnancy test.
