No: Pityriasis rosea is a self-limited condition. If you feel you need therapy, see a physician who can prescribe a topical medication. Avoid tanning beds where you will get unreliable dosing as well as uncertain wavelength delivery. Not worth putting your future self at risk to treat a condition that goes away on its own.

Check Up and labs: Start with a visit to a doctor. You need to tell someone more about your headache. 
Insomnia is a common problem as well.
There may be an underlying reason for the headaches that can simply be treated.
OK to use Tylenol until seen by a doctor.

Show doctor: It really depends upon what this is whether you can self treat it or not. I think it is best to show it to your doctor, then they can determine what exactly it is then recommend treatment for you.

Avoidance: This location is where the shampoo suds comes in contact which can trigger an acne like reaction. Sometimes just avoiding shampoos with parabens will help. That chemical is a common preservative in shampoos but can irritate skin in some people.

Kidney pain: You can try to increase your fluid intake and also take acetaminophen (paracetamol) to help with pain. Increased fluids might help.  Whe safe to have a urine exam and/or exam by health care provider, you should then do that.

Do not pop pimples, it would make matters worse and lead to bigger scars.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

so, i get dizzy when i lay down on a really flat surface like a massage table and i have no idea why. it doesnt happen when i lay down on the bed. is there a way i get self treat dizziness? why do you think this happens? thank you! :?

: Are you lying on your stomach or back and does it happen when you lie on another hard surface like the floor? is it every time?   Neck extended when it occurs? . Would follow up with  a neurologist and consider  MRA  of neck/ head and MRI of cervical spine to check neck vessels, discs,  and rare Chiari  malformation,

No: There are thousands of supplements advertised to do all sorts of magical remedies. Very few supplements have real research studies to show benefits (but manufacturers make claims, based on theories, animal tests, testimonials, chemical similarities, etc... But not on real research because real research is hard to do and is expensive to do). Supplements have not been shown to prevent or treat hiv.

Not smart to do that: The only one i would say is a vaginal yeast infection, - many over the counter meds are around to treat that, but if the symptoms do not go away you need to see your gyn because you may have something different that will need to be treated or more than 1 infection at the same time, and sometimes you can have a yeast infection and an std at the same time or the symptoms could be similar.

Rash &amp; stiff neck: Send photo of rash. Do you have any fever also? You should see an MD depending on what kind of rash it is or if you have a fever.
