why my blood pressure rises everytime i go see a dr but when im home and test its normal?

Anxiety...: Fluctuations in BP like you describe is likely due to increased adrenaline levels due to anxiety. This, however, is more likely what your BP is doing throughout the day, when you are rushing to a meeting, someone cuts you off on the freeway, you are struggling to meet a deadline, etc. Get a 24 hour, ambulatory BP monitor to see what your BP is doing throughout the day, you will be surprised.

my blood pressure has been consistently high 180/105 for the past 3 days. my regular dr. cant see me for at least 4 days is this ok?

Probably not: Can anyone else in the office see you?  Maybe another doctor, or a pa or nurse practitioner could assess the problem.  The longer your BP is that high the more likely you will have a problem.  It may be that you are getting measurements that are higher than they really are, so bring your cuff to your appointment.  If you get a bad headache, and haven't been able to get in to the office, please go.

i have noted that my last 200 readings of blood pressure are all below 120 for systolic and below 80 for dystolic avg 110/70 should i consider reducing meds or stop taking meds and see if the numbers are still same?

: I would sit tight with your current medical regimen if your average BP is 110/70 unless you're experiencing symptoms of lightheadedness, fatigue or shortness of breath with exertion.

High: His blood pressure is on the high side, specifically the diastolic or the lower value. I suspect he has also symptoms and that will be grounds to seek medical attention as his symptoms may not be caused by his blood pressure, but rather his blood pressure being reactive to another condition.

Medication safety: It should be fine to take your medication and a multiple vitamin.

At your age: and absent other cardiovascular complications (e.g. heart attacks/ disease, congestive heart failure, kidney disease, stroke or aneurysms) your systolic BP remains a bit high but manageable with stress relief methods such as meditation, drinking relaxing teas, light aerobic exercise and deliberate breathing training.  Your diastolic BP is perfect.   Anxiety can cause BP to rise, so stay calm.

Yes: If it is consistently that high, you should see a doctor soon - you need a full evaluation including blood work, lifestyle assessment, and medication.  If you have any symptoms like headache, vision change, chest pain, confusion, or low back pain, go to your doctor, urgent care, or er right away.
