No, too big a leap!: "refractory" gerd may reflect: 1) too little acid suppression (insufficient acid blocker or tolerance to previously effective dose),  2) over-production of acid, 3) significant diet & behavior non-compliance, 4) incompetent lower esophageal sphincter &/or other esophageal dysmotilities, 5) delayed stomach emptying, 6) biliary/pancreatic disease, 7) non-acid reflux. Scleroderma is way down the list.

Nothing: There is no effective otc treatment for morphea. Most prescription treatments are topical, and none are toxic. Some cases of morphea resolve on their own without treatment, but you won't know if that's a possibility in your case unless you get examined. Traditional medicine should be your first resort, not your last.

During pregnancy, it is important to monitor for kidney and hypertensive complications; also there may be a higher risk of stillbirth as a consequence. Speak to a rheumatologist who is experienced at treating scleroderma.
