: In the 40+ years of the known worldwide HIV/AIDS epidemic, there has never been a case of infection from contact with a contaminated environment. No sex (and no shared needles for drug use) means no risk for HIV. It doesn't matter if your roommate had HIV or not (but probably he doesn't right?). Also no risk for any other STD until/unless you have sex with an infected partner. No worries!

Recheck: I understand that you tested negative for HIV and fatigue.( A, B and C??). If all tests are negative, I suggest a second opinion re: night sweats and  fatigue. Are you implying that this was your only sexual encounter? Did you use condoms or spermicidal foam/gel? If your first unprotected intercourse,this sounds like stress and anxiety. See your GYN for testing and exam. Always use condoms.

: When the penis withdraws from the condom, but the condom stays in place in the vagina, HIV protection is complete. And your do not suggest HIV. (If his other partner is a male with whom he had unprotected anal sex, then perhaps he is at risk for HIV. Otherwise almost certainly not. HIV remains really, really rare in females in the US.)

Unprotected sex: There is no guarantee that you will not get HIV (or any other STD for that matter) as the condom having broken no longer provided a barrier to infection.  If concerned, consider getting an HIV test in 4 weeks and three months.  More importantly, if you don't trust the person, don't sleep with them.
