See your surgeon: Sounds like recurrent stones or residual stone. Need either MRCP or ERCP to rule out ductal stone

i am having my gallbladder removed.  which kind of surgery is best? i was told to either do the 1 cut through the bellybutton or the 1 cut plus 3 additional small cuts on my right side.  which one will be less painful and have less issues?

Actually, : Actually, your surgeon will need to determine which one is most appropriate for you. Of course  when it can safely be done through a scope, you would anticipate a quicker recovery.  However some gallbladders need to be removed via an open cholycytectomy.  I would add ask the surgeon.

Likely: You have something different like gastritis or esophagitis. Best to see your doctor for an exam. In tbe mean time you can try antacids (like Tums).

Yes: Scar tissue can be painful for months after a surgery.  However, you want to make sure it is not something more serious...Please see your surgeon.

Get checked: At 8 weeks you should not be having drainage.  You should be seen.  I would notify your surgeon.

have a pulsing almost spasm feeling right below the right side rib cage, not painful just bothersome. thoughts? i have had my gallbladder removed.

Irritation: It could be from the rib itself which is causing the discomfort - or it could be some internal adhesions. I would see a surgeon and inquire.

Try symptomatic: with HIDA scan findings that are borderline, not knowing 
whether you had ultrasound of gallbladder, i do not recommend removing GB now. Your symptoms 
could be from irritable bowel syndrome , for which 
medicines are available . You are better of seeing 
Gastro-enterology MD for evaluation

Depends: on your nutritional status but n average 4-6 whks to completely heal

May be normal: Sometimes the belly-button incision takes a long time to stop being sensitive.  Alternatively, if it is red, warm to the touch or oozing, there could be infection and you need to be checked.  Another possibility is a small hernia at the belly button.  See your surgeon for a check up.

Unrelated: Most probably not related to your gallbladder removal.  More commonly, people have gastrointestinal symptoms, have gallbladder removed, and symptoms not improved.  This is due to other GI problems.  You may have irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel conditions such as crohns's disease, ulcerative colitis, diverticular disease, etc. Please get checked out.
