Less worry the bette: Yes you can get married and eat ice cream as and when you want. Your TB has been treated adequately, so you should stop worrying as 99% of the TB treated patients are cured and never have any more related problems. So hand lose and live a normal life.

Yes, but very rarely: Quit worrying about it. Otherwise you will become a hypochondriac very soon.

They do not but: Cancer develops when immunity surveillance decreases by age, infections and genetic alterations..... 
Etiology of lung cancer in non- smokers is unclear but genetic alteration is largely to blame. Air pollution and second- and third- hand smoking could play a part. Tb scar in the lung could be a milieu or area for developing cancer to nest in....But, this is very rare. Thank you.

Cannot say no: While there have been studies associating an increased risk of certain lung cancers in people with a history of tuberculosis, there is no proof that the infection causes cancer.  Correlation is not the same as causation.  So i can't say no, but i can't say yes either!

No difference.: The appearance of a scar is less dependent on the lesion that was removed, than the location on the body or face of the lesion, and the skill of the plastic surgeon who removed it. Hopefully, under favorable circumstances, such a scar can heal almost invisibly.

Unknown: New lumps in the breast after breast cancer treatments need to be evaluated by your doctor. Depends on how long ago the surgery was, if it is scar formation or not. Needs a doctor's examination.

Unlikely: At your age cancer is very unlikely . The disorder that your doctor is checking for is cervical inflammation or "dysplasia" which can be serious if not diagnosed early.NOT TO WORRY , sounds like your Doctor has everything "under control"!

Scar: Cancer grows while a scar stays stable or contracts. Old scars may be from old pneumonia, old tb, old thromboembolic disease, or (especially here in kansas city) histoplasmosis.

Accepted Answer

Yes,: an MRI tailored for prostate evaluation can detect cancers(masses, not individual cells which are too small to resolve) and other abnormalities.  Biopsy would be necessary for confirmation of a cancer diagnosis.
