Depends: If you are normal it might grow more. But if you have hypogonadism or human growth hormone deficiency it will not unless they are replaced on time. Go to the dr.

I am not sure where: This question is coming from. Some people have said that caffeine effects sexual function in a male (which can impact size - erect vs non-erect penis) but my understanding is that there are no studies that have supported this.

External/internal: A complete pelvic exam would typically include, after a history evaluation,  a careful visual inspection and digital exam with fingers and a speculum  - to accurately assess both the external and internal female vaginal, vulva, cervix, uterus, tubes, ovaries, and adj. Tissues.   A pap test is freq. Done, as well.   Occasionally, a sonogram is helpful.

To not know the sex of a newborn is extremely traumatic for the family and may also be associated with other medical problems requiring evaluation and treatment before these babies can go home.

Unlikely if ever: Genital warts are strains different from other types of skin warts. They are rarely passed during birth from an infected mother to baby but these appear within 2 yrs on the genital skin. They would be treated or gone otherwise within a few years. The strains are site specific &amp; pass during sexual contact. The germs do not pass casually like common bacteria through objects or passive contact.

Rare: The condition you are asking about is called hermaphrodite. These people have both female and male genitalia. It is extremely rare. In my 35 years of practice I have never seen a person with this condition.

See a Dr.: Itchy small bumps on or around the genital area can indicate an infection. Fungal infections are red, scaly and incredibly itchy. Treat with Jock itch med spray. STD's can manifest as red bumps that are pus filled or open sores. See a Dr for these. Dermatitis is an allergic reaction to a soap, detergent or other environmental irritant. Treat with hydrocortisone cream and benadryl
