Depends...: ...On what sort of spray you have in mind. If you mean one of those antibiotic sprays, it's okay (but not necessary). A soothing emollient lotion will work too, but you don't have to apply anything if you don't want to. Just keep the area clean.

Sounds like deep: First degree or superficial secondary thermal burn.  In either case, burn is partial thickness, so your skin should heal with minimal if any scarring.

Scald: As long as its covered leave it alone - do not try to pull the wrinkled skin off. Continue to apply the cream as it acts as a bactericidal and a good moisture barrier.

See a surgeon: It sounds like this is a serious burn.  Risk of infection as well as future scarring can be significant if not managed appropriately in the early stages.  Please seek care from a plastic surgeon or a general surgeon specializing in burn care if available.

Toasted Skin: Toasted skin syndrome, medically called erythema ab igne, is a skin condition that results from exposure to high heat directly against the skin.  You may use some pure aloe, or Vitamin E, or walnut oil on the areas to help them heal faster and reduce pigmentation change.  Skin should return to its normal condition in a few weeks.
