"No Means No": Firmly but compassionately tell him  that you are not interested in a sexual relationship right now. If he presses, tell him if he respects you and truly cares he will not push it. If he continues then you may need to re-evaluate his commitment to you.  Good luck, relationships can be difficult but also very rewarding.

Loopy bowel: A "loopy bowel" is common in laxative users (with colonic redundancy due to a stretched, floppy gut), in the setting of multiple abdominal-pelvic surgeries with resulting adhesions &fixed colonic bends or after surgery that mobilizes the splenic flexure,  with gynecologic issues (like multiple c-sections, tubal pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease), & in patients at extremes of body habitus.

Early communication: Toddlers have come out of infancy when their caretakers did everything possible to sooth them if they cried. They got fed when hungry, carried anywhere, changed when soiled, all with a simple fussy period. Toddlers say "no" as a mirror to what they hear you say, but more to protest what you are doing and push you to do what they want. As talking increased their intent is better understood.

This little potentate enters the toddler years expecting their parents to continue to serve their needs immediately & not interfere with their activities.As speech develops this view of the world is expressed by calling everything "mine".To include house, car, new brother, toy etc.This stage will pass as the kid matures.

CuzThey DO SaveLives: The basic premise is that if you find breast cancer before it causes symptoms, it is less likely to have spread outside the breast, w/a much higher chance for cure.  This has been proven looking at population studies beginning in the 1960's, showing that women (over 50) who have mammograms will suffer less deaths from breast cancer than women who forego screening.  It is truly a lifesaver.

Ignorance: The symptoms of fibromyalgia are subjective. By definition, there are no abnormal laboratory tests, and no objective findings other than a particular kind of tenderness. So, some people who are uncomfortable thinking about the pain and disability which comes with fibro can deny that it is real. They say that if it was real there'd be objective findings.  They are wrong.

Power or humiliation: Name calling is a form of bullying or power tripping.  There is an old notion that when a women is menstruating that she has a short tempered change in personality and becomes a little less likeable.  So "on the rag" becomes a way of putting down a woman when she acts out of the norms although frequently that is not the case.

: EF is the abbreviation for Ejection Fraction. That translates to the amount of blood that makes makes it out of the valve per heart contraction. Some will always fall backwards as the heart wall moves backward and draws the valve closed. This percentage is well within the normal range.
