Several causes.: There can be several causes. Most common is infection including STD's usually associated with other symptoms like burning urine or discharge from penis. Testicular trauma , excessive sexual activity or masturbation, inflammation of the testes or prostate are other cause. Rarely prostate or testicular cancer is a possibility. Please consult with a urologist if the problem is recurrent or persistent

Change seasons: Yes.  There are many factors.  One factor is the availability of the foods in your diet e.g. Fruits are plentiful in the summer and harder to buy in the winter.  Ones calorie requires may vary by the season as usually people are more physically active in the summer as opposed to winter.
