Narcolepsy?: At your young age with no heart, disease, probably not, but you will be urinating more frequently since it has diuretic properties. If you drink a lot, you can also have a withdrawal syndrome with headaches that is unpleasant. Is there a reason for the drowsiness? Are you going to sleep early enough to get 7-9 hours? Try not to use any electronic equipment before bed. Light keeps you awake.

It can: Cabbage is one of the bigger no-no's, raw or cooked, as well as cruciferous veggies (broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus), onions, garlic, caffeine, spicy foods, and large amounts of dairy or tomatoes. Not everything affects everybody though, and some are affected by weird things, like almonds or even the gas drops themselves.

Probably: Everyones response to foods is different. There is nothing intrinsic in the foods which make them prohibited. I would use your body as a guide to if and how much you can eat of these or other foods.

Introducing foods: At 7 months, you can definitely introduced pureed meats.  You should always introduce foods one a time to make sure a child is not allergic to a food.

Lots of protein!: You are consuming a large amount of protein.  Your body likely cannot process that amount, and it might go to waste (unless you are muscular and weight lifting professionally).  Consider eating just half of that amount of protein at each meal, and supplement with two to three healthy snacks in between meals.  Smaller frequent meals are better than 3 large meals.
