i had a lumber lamanectomy l2 -s1 a month ago and i am now having lower stomach pains. can it be related to the back surgery?

Possible: Some people can get a stress ulcer or gastritis post op due to surgery and/or medication.  Some get constipation due to pain and use of pain medication.  Rarely, there could be a perforation of an abdominal organ if disectomy done as well.  If a Foley catheter was used, a urinary tract infection could present like this.

lumber fusion l4-s1 in october 2018. increasing pain and burning  last 2 months. still stiff and tender. just noticed bruising at the top and bottom of my incision. osteoarthritis  in tm joint,, disc degeneration in neck and pain level is increasing.

Spinal pain : The bruising and worsening back pain should be evaluated by the surgeon. There are rare times when lumbar spine fusion has problems.  It sounds like a complicated low back problem, jaw pain, and neck pain.  These conditions can also be evaluated by doctors of physical medicine. Chiropractors are also able to help but don't provide medications. Other options are doctors that specialize in pain.

Yes: The findings on your MRI can be associated with back pain and even pain running into the leg.  There are many non surgical options including medications, physical therapy, chiropractic, and interventional pain management to name a few.  Don't hesitate to be seen.

Core strengthening: Ask for a referral to physical therapy. Maybe you have increased mobility in the spine due to weak core muscles.

i will soon be fuse l3-s1. i love rollerblading,  but should i give this up or could it be safe for me again some day?

Rollerblading: Once healed, through physical therapy post-op and cleared by your surgeon, there should be no reason you cannot return to rollerblading.  Just don't fall!  In fact, it should be excellent exercise for your repaired lumbar spine.  Good luck.

Unlikely: Fusion for spine arthritis results are highly unpredictable. Spine degeneration is ubiquitous beyond the middle ages and there is no way to reliably determine in whom it is wholly responsible for lbp. There are countless other potential causes, contributing factors, and treatments. Doing a fusion without definitively isolated clinically significant pathology is analogous to "shooting blindly.".

Varies: It really is based on symptoms.  If symptoms are mild, no treatment necessarily needed.  If increased back or leg pain or difficulty walking, the progressively more involved options include medications, therapy, chiropractic, interventional pain managemt; or in severe cases that fail non- operative care: surgery.
