is dipping/chewing tobacco worse than smoking tobacco? it seems like "chewers" develop cancer in their 40s(babe ruth) where as smokers in their 60s

Both are bad for you: You are right as to when their cancers might show up, but in either case, there's involvement of tongue, mouth, throat or in smoking, the lungs.Also secondary effects can be bladder cancer, other cancers as the toxic substances still need to be cleared from the body.Your best bet is to stop &amp; see how you can replace this habit with a healthy one.Then, you will be going down a healthy path instead.

i hate my round face. i want to look like jen a. can surgery reshape my jaw?

Yes: If that is your wish, consult a plastic surgeon.  I don't know you will  look like 'jen a'  but resurfacing will alter your appearance, usually these reconstructive procedures are done for severely deformed faces not  to look like some one else.

my son is 18 and had bloodwork done from not feeling week and he tested negative for hep b but he also tested negative for jen b antibodies from the vaccine but he has been fully vaccinated. is this possible or should we retest or get revaccinated?

: It seems your son had not developed anti-HBsAg (antibody to hepatitis B surface antigen) which happens in less than 5% of individuals receiving Hep B vaccinations, which means he is still susceptible to Hep B infection.  I would recommend him to get revaccinated, 3 doses at 0, 1, 6 months and retested.

See any dentist: to drain the dental abscess. If not treated, a serious dental abscess can eventually kill. The infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. The antibiotics (Penicillin is the most common) will give you only a temporary relief. See any dentist for examination, x-rays and treatment.

hi, i have a somewhat difficult problem. i lost my 1st pregnancy nov. 4 2014 from an ectopic. unfortunately because of my dr who didnt believe me when i kept saying i knew something was not rite, i lost my right tube as well. well, jan 14 2015 i expected

Are you pregnant: If you think you are do a home pregnancy test.If positive, go get a blood pregnancy immediately and have serial levels done.These blood levels should double about every 48 hours.

Unsure: If the rash is very tender think shingles.  If not then there are many possibilities.  Just put antibiotic ointment on, no steroids to face.  If not improved see the dermatologist or family doctor.

Abscess : Sounds like a pretty bad abscess (infection). You need to have this evaluated by a dentist asap.  If you don't have a dentist available to you then you should g to the hospital emergency room. A long standing infection can spread to other areas and can even kill you.

Definitely see derm: without seeing the rash, don't know if this is infectious, contact dermatitis, eczema or many other things
