She may  have developed an intolerance to one or another foods. If she was recently on an antibiotic that might result in the problem if it does not resolve she should be seen by her physician.

Diarrhea: Chronic diarrhea should be evaluated as to cause especially infection. It's common after bowel resection and gall bladder surgery. Antibiotics can actually lead to bacterial overgrowth & thus diarrhea which is treated w/yet another antibiotic. But only way to figure all this out is to go see your doctor. Also need to monitor hydration & fluid balance so you're not dehydrated.

Breastfeeding n cold: All cold medications pass through breast milk. You can use Normal Saline spray for a stuffy/runny nose. If worse, you can try a decongestant at the lowest dose possible but watch your baby closely for drowsiness and/or irritability. If the baby does not develop those side effects, you can continue sparingly.

Rhinorrhea: You and your baby can get 5-7 colds a year. The safest thing to do is hand washing after touching your nose and coughing. You both can use nasal saline spray several times a day. If not improving after 3-4 days then call your doctors.
