Rumbling: This is usually a GI symptom which happens to a number of people with acute GI irritation.  If chronic can be sign of GERD or other stomach issue.

bled heavy for 2 weeks after medical abortion. pregnancy hcg test showing positive after abortion. what does this mean? also still feeling rumbling in stomach as well?

: Medical abortions do not always ensure that interruption of pregnancy occurs, and a history of bleeding for "two weeks" after a "medical abortion" along with a positive HCG test may indicate either persistence of intrauterine pregnancy, or (importantly) pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic), which needs immediate attention. See your gyn provider for an exam and testing (ultrasound).

Hard to guess, but..: Since we don't digest the fiber we eat, intestinal bacteria will feed on it and make gas as a byproduct. Another reason could be lactose intolerance, in which one can't digest the lactose (milk sugar) she eats. Again, bacteria will feed on it. Drinking lactose-free milk and eating less fiber, should decrease gas. Intestinal infections, or using antibiotics, can also cause gas. Doctor can evaluate.

MANY MANY THINGS!!: This could be many many things. Anxiety is commonly felt as butterflies in the stomach.  But really need more information like with food, without, caffeine intake, medications you take, any other illnesses. Speak to your physician please.
