How long?: If this is something that has been happening for a while, it could be eczema. Use a moisturizer like cerave. If this is new in onset, you may have reacted to something your are taking. I think you should talk to your doctor about it.

: Puking with a cough is common in younger kids as the muscles involved in both overlap &amp; their nervous system has not separated the functions completely. If the kid feeds okay/plays some &amp; is otherwise stable, you can monitor this at home. It is likely viral &amp; will self-heal. If the kids' feeds are poor and it acts lethargic, or otherwise spooks you go in.

Not likely: The natural history of untreated HIV is fairly predictable. Most people by year 12 have met their demise. In that, you have beat the odds! I'm curious as to what sort of medical follow-up you've had. And also curious why you have not taken ART (active retro viral therapy). No doubt, like any other rule there are always exceptions.

Pit rosea: Hi ~ yes when it starts to flake off it may get itchy. You can apply OTC 1% hydrocort or better try some calamine lotion all over the rash. Its on the heal now !

Doubtful: Some people  are either born with or without it. Although I am not aware of any studies, some men seem to be more prone. This explains why we ask their wives for directions and are reluctant to ask anybody for help. Hope this helps.

Yes: Eat frequent balance meals with protein, healthy fat, and complex carbohydrates.   Make sure you follow with your doctor to get checked for early signs of Insulin resistance - a condition that can lead to type ii diabetes.  This could be an early sign and this condition is reversable and preventable.

Prob safe: it seems unlikely that you'd absorb much salt. i'd say its fine to soak.

Less frequent sex: Decreasing the frequency of coitus (sexual intercourse) gives your body time to build up the semen/sperm count.
