Dizziness: If this was a one time event it is likely that you had some pressure on your inner ear, generally caused by pressure in the middle ear arising from a clogged eustacian tube that is caused by dysfunction of that tube or congestion usually from allergies.Many times holding the nose closed with the fingers and gently blowing opens it.If you still have the symptoms ask your doctor about epley maneuver.

i have being seeing circular objects that are glow mostly in the dark. they too visible and fill up the room, i had my eyes checked and there is nothing wrong. i am worried as i am not comfortable with this?

Visual disturbance. : IF you eyes are OK then a visual disturbance could be related to some type of neurological issue involving the occiput of the brain. A visit with a neurologist may help.
