Vertigo: Good to know the Hallpike manuever was negative (but not helpful if dealing with the vertigo for you)    Viruses can cause havoc with the hair cells lining the semi circular canals causing vertigo .   There is medication that can help.    Good luck.

Benign positional: vertigo, which may be related to issues other than inner ear. I suggest a trial of meclizine and prednisone- ask your physician about this regimen. try taking Benadryl at bedtime. Get a comprehensive medical examination including blood and urine analysis.

Possible but other: I would  discuss this  with your  physician. In view of the surgery you need to be certain that this is not related to the surgery. This could be muscular, but your physician needs to evaluate you and see it is related or a new problem.  It you mean testicle pain with the mention of ball then other diagnoses  need  to be considered. It does not sound  like sacroilitis.

See your doctor: Vertigo can be caused by a number of things, and it should be evaluated by your doctor to localize the source of the issue, especially if it is new in onset, prior to determining what therapy is required.  See your doctor who can do a number of diagnostic tests to evaluate the  symptom.

Second opinion: You should probably get another opinion to be sure nothing is being missed.  Sometimes even pain from ovulation is a sign of a pathologic problem that warrants treatment - medical and/or surgical.

what can you do for cracked or broken ribs? my husband fell off a ladder last week and injured his back, neck, and ribs. last night he was rolling over in bed and feels that he broke or cracked his ribs. he said it is really bad.

I'd : I'd recommend that he be evaluated by a medical provider.  Although rare, a broken or cracked rib can cause a pneumothorax (collapsed lung) which can be a medical emergency. The pain of an injured rib can also cause your husband to have shallow breathing (due to pain) and that can increase his chances of developing a pneumonia.  His medical provider can also dispense appropriate pain medications to help him become more comfortable.  I hope he feels better soon!

30 weeks pregnant,feel lot of pain in pubic region since 12 wks,extreme pain while rolling over in bed,getting out of bed,climbing,dressing.is it normal?

Probably: during pregnancy the placenta releases Relaxin that loosens ligaments in preparation for delivery.  You likely have mild osteitis pubis.  Be sure to talk to your OB but it will likely improve post partum.
