Is he really hungry?: Babies lips are supplied with  lots of nerve fibers that send pleasure to the brain.Sucking/smacking/rooting does not always mean hunger.Babies will often take the extra & may plump up fast. I find it helpful to wake babies with feeding after a 2hr day nap, then change & clean, play hard until tired & put down to nap when tired. No refills at bedtime.Rest/sleep 2hr then start over.

You are not bad: I don't know what your height is, but being 60 kgs is not bad for a 22 year old. I don't know what your trend is, though. The best way to lose weight is to go on a diet that promotes calorie burning. Avoid high calorie foods. Any processed (ready to eat) food is an example. Read the labels, compare packages and pick those with less calories. Aerobic exercises (cardio) is a must, 5 times/week.

How sick? : If it is upper / lower respiratory problems, can be due to allergies to whatever you are exposed to in your environment. The immune system takes time to start reacting to the new surroundings, if it would react, you can see an allergist in your area if this is the case, good luck

Doubt it: Have you had any recent surgery involving the area? Do you notice any overlying skin changes?  Can you recall straining any muscle in that area? Do you feel or see any mass? If no to all of these answers and pain does not persist or worsen then likely not a problem. If yes to  any answer or symptoms worsen see your primary care doctor.
