If you have ringworm then you will need an anti fungal medication not Tree oil. Consider a virtual visit with a doctor in your state who can see an image of the skin lesion and prescribe the proper medication.

Visit this site for information. If over the counter treatment recommended at this site does not help in a week or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor as it may not be ringworm. Not to scare you, but one type of breast cancer can present with a ringworm like rash.

If you have ringworms, triamcinolone, which is a steroid, is the wrong medication. You need an anti fungal agent. Over the counter medications are lotrimin, clotrimazole, terbinafine among others.

First of all you have to be sure it is ringworm and this is questionable since no resolution with the anti fungal cream. You did not say it was worse. I suspect you gave yourself the wrong diagnosis. See your doctor for correct evaluation and treatment plan. So you do not suffer anymore

You need to be evaluated by a dermatologist for both diagnosis and treatment as you can't otherwise be sure that you're dealing with ringworm, but if you're correct in your diagnosis you want the best and most effective treatment.

Miconazole will work on regular skin as well, as long as the rash you are treating really is a ringworm. If it doesn't work, something else is going on, and you should see your doctor or a dermatologist to find out what it is.

Because the breast has hair follicles, you may be experiencing a simple case of an infected follicle. You should be examined by an in person Dr, though to rule out other possible problems including skin infection, abscess or other more serious problems.

The lotrimin (clotrimazole)s (clotrimazole) you describe should work the same. Very common area to get a yeast infection, under the breast, i used to get them all the time when i was in my 20's there.  The medication in regular lotrimin (clotrimazole) should work fine.
