Could be: Could be tinea (fungal) infection again, similar to ringworm. Symptoms like these deserve a full evaluation in person by your health care provider.

Normal findings: It sounds more likely that you're just discovering what was there all along. There are often small lymph nodes found in the groin region - mostly because of the bowel activity that serves as a low-grade stimulus to the immune system. Stool or 'poop' is full of bacteria, as you can imagine, so this gives a 'work out' to the system causing what you've observed. Ring worm has nothing to do with it.

Needs treatment: Kindly get it checked by your doctor to rule out other causes of itch.
You will need treatment of it
Check if you have athlete foot as well, as it might coincide.

Ringworm: This is a fungal infection and should have no effect on your sperm count.

Probably yes: the white skin will gradually darken with light exposure! It's basically "new" skin thus it's pallor!!

Likely Fungal: It is most likely a fungal infection.  (ringworm, jock itch are similar fungi)  keep the area clean and dry.  Try an over the counter antifungal cream (such as lotrimin (clotrimazole) or lamisil).  You can try 1% Hydrocortisone cream to control the itching.  If it is not improving or it is getting worse after a few days, see your doctor.

i have had a scaly rash show up on my inner thigh/groin. it looks like ringworm. could it be herpes? i have had no initial outbreak.

Likely Tinea Cruris: If it is a scaly rash, it is very unlikely to be herpes.  Tinea cruris (ringworm) is the likeliest diagnosis however, i recommend a proper evaluation from your local dermatologist to rule out any other conditions.  A KOH exam along with a proper history and physical exam will be helpful if performed.

i had ringworm on groin. lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra was used. ringworm is faded. however red bumps appeared on groin, been there 4 days, could this be herpes?

Red bumps : It may be recurrent ringworm. Herpes is painful and the bumps will eventually look like ulcers/blisters. If they are painless, you can try Lamisil (terbinafine) over the counter or a prescription antifungal for ringworm. If you suspect herpes, abstain from sex and consult with a physician.

Jock itch: You MAY have a fungus.  Your doctor can prescribe what you need.  There are over the counter sprays and powders but seeing your doctor is advised.  Peace and good health.
