Tinnitus : This is our fancy word for ringing in the ears.  I would have a discussion with your doctor....There are many questions beyond scope of this area needing answered before giving further advice....And need good exam.

my daughter ioanna last year had several ear infections and they say she has enlarged adenoids.  when is this an issue that maybe needs them removed.  we have learned that exposure to the sea and bees wax helps and it looks like it has. any thoughts?

Some basics: Head size which influences the middle ear is the most important contributor to middle ear infections. As the head grows the tendency declines. When a kid has more than 5 middle ear infections/yr or one that won't clear (90 days) considerations like tonsil/adenoid/tubes come up. Impairment of speech/language is a consideration. If the kid is stable just wait it out.

Simple Care: The good news is that area has fantastic blood supply and healing will occur rapidly. Inflammation (red, hot, tender swelling) is the body increasing blood flow to the injury to bring healing factors to the area and also the veins expand to carry bad stuff away. Dressings and ointments are of no value there.  Avoid further trauma to the area and let nature take it's course.  Motrin/advil will help.

Yes: If there is a bee in your ear and head trauma you should be checked out. Go to ER or urgent care.

Fluid: most leakage from the ear is wax or trapped water but this doesn't apply to you. An ear infection fluid is usually bloody or mixed with pus. Never the less one would wonder about a ruptured ear drum from some sort of inflammation or trauma. An ear exam by a physician or otolaryngologist would be advisable if leakage continues.

i got stung by a bee behind my ear a week ago. the lymph node behind my ear has been swollen and painful. i think i can feel further lymph nodes with slight swelling as well but not painful. been taking benadryl. what should i do? normal reaction?

: If it is a reactive lymph node, it would slowly go down by itself like in: 'time allows healing' it does take weeks. Benadryl would not help; may only make you groggy or sleepy. The effect of benadryl on reaction is not on cellular reaction.

Hypersensivity: Your son is likely having a hypersensitivity or "allergic" reaction.  Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is an appropriate medicine to give.  Sometimes, bee stings can result in anaphlyaxis, which manifests as shortness of breath or wheezing shortly after the sting.  See a healthcare provider if any your sons symptoms increase in intensity.
