Bureaucracy: Not sure if its as much of a bad reputation as it is the legislation and lawyers that create such negative press.  Between the fda and rd it is expensive to get a drug to market in todays world in the us.  Makes it harder when a side effect is found and then lawyers feed on that and sue everyone for any resultant problem.  If Aspirin was released in todays market it would never make it.

No made up diseases: The idea that some drug company would "make up" a disease just to sell a drug is pretty silly, if you think it through. If the disease is just made up, how are they going to get docs to prescribe the medicine? More to the point, lgs is indeed very real.

Difficult: Palmar psoriasis is difficult to treat with prescription creams because of the thickness of the skn. If it is localized injection of dilute cortisone can help. Otherwise the choices include the excimer laser for psoriasis or internal medications such as methotrexate, soriatane or biologic injections of enbrel, (etanercept) humira, stelar a etc. I prefer laser before internal medications.

Yes: Like any soap you use you have to rince off the hibiclens after you wash with it.

The neck: The permacath is placed in the internal jugular vein on either the right or left side of the neck.  It is generally considered a temporary dialysis access, with an arteriovenous fistula being the favored dialysis access.  It is recommended that people not shower with a permcath because it increases the infection risk.

No?: Polymerase chain reaction (pcr) for antigen receptor rearrangements (parr) is not a test i would necessarily consider in initial lymphoma diagnosis.
Lymphoma is diagnosed (ideally) by an excisional (not just needle) biopsy and/or bone marrow biopsy. There are many additional tests including molecular (eg, pcr) tests that can be used to further subclassify diagnosis.

Not specifically: Bottles should receive the same care you give your regular dishware and utensils. A good bottle brush to remove any particulate matter along with regular soap and warm water is adequate.
