: The suddenly elevated blood pressure may be now due to poorly controlled pain and subsequent lack of sleep. Your neck pain has to medically evaluated and treated properly prior to adjusting BP pills. Your main treating doc will your best reference at this point.

Unlikely: Kidney pain is in upper back. Your lt lower back pain is unlikely secondary to kidney. Also you have rt shoulder and upper arm pain and tenderness- unlikely to be related.

Upper arm pain: Consider referred cervical pain, referred heart problems, sprains, strains, rotator cuff tendonitis or tearing. Most ominous would be the one related to the heart. Check with er or your pcp asap for this.

Several possibilitie: Do you recall any injury? It could be from your arm or your shoulder. Are you sleeping on your right side with elbow bent and hand by your face? That position will make it worse. Try 2 Aleve (naproxen) with food twice a day and moist heat 15 min over shoulder and arm 3 times a day. If not better soon seek care.

Maybe: MS is big mimicker across different ages, and it can be over diagnosed. I suggest to write your symptoms over the years and visit a neurologist, and you might need MRI.

have upper right arm pain, around bicep area, below shoulder. dull ache, comes and goes. but lately consistent. i have this arm out for computer work, holding mouse, 12 hours a day. i often sleep on that side, with arm under pillow. no other pain?

You are right: It is related to holding the mouse 12 hours a day! Try to modify that , if you can, rest your arm every 1/2 hour for 5 minutes, take short breaks, stretch your arm, avoid lifting, screw driving, etc for now, see your doctor for evaluation if no improvement, good luck
