i have testicular pain when lump is squeezed. lump is attached to right testicle. lump was detected around 3.5 years ago. is it testicluar cancer ?

Get  ultrasound: of testicles and scrotum. You may have developed an epididymal cyst; however, you must be checked for testicular cancer. Make an appointment asap to see your PCP or see a urologist.

See doctor: I would recommend to see primary care doctor or urologist. they will be able to tell if its something serious or not.  better be safe and have it checked out now. Good luck!

If movement,: motility of sperm is good, they may be effective, for conception. Lumps or varicosities may have a negative effect on sperm production or motility. Assisted reproductive techniques, such as intrauterine insemination or  direct injection of sperm into an egg may be useful.  Discuss with your doctor to be sure.

It may be a cyst.  An ultrasound may be needed to help diagnose it.  If it is painful or gets bigger before you can get seen then go to the Emergency Department

: I assume you could feel your epididymides from both testicle and both should be almost the same except you felt an extra lump on the right testicle. What you feel could be a epididymal cyst or nodule, please see your family doctor or a urologist for a correct diagnosis.

Best to get exam: What you are describing could be just a transient thing, but could also be something called epididymitis.
this is an inflammation of the epididymis and if this is what is causing the pain, you will need to be seen and take antibiotics.
Really the only way to make an accurate Dx is to be seen and have exam done.

Lump in the Scrotum: Hi

this common finding would be evaluated based upon other symptoms. Given your age, the lump is very unlikely to represent cancer.
The most common issue is a scarring of the tubing in the scrotum often called a hydrocele or varicocele. 

Do you have pain? Swelling? Is the scrotum hot to touch?  Do you feel feverish? Do you have any urinary symptoms. 
If yes to these questions you should be seen.

See a doctor now: Testicular cancer is the most common malignancy for 15 to 35yo males.  It might turn out to be nothing, but you must get examined and have a scrotal ultrasound to be sure.  Some of the possible benign things are epididymal cyst (spermatocele) or even just the normal epididymis that you came across for the first time.  Best news is  if it is testis cancer, it's one of the most treatable cancers.

See below: There are a number of causes of “lumps” in the scrotum and all scrotal masses need to be examined by a doctor, even if not associated with pain or other symptoms. If the “lump” is arising from testicle, the most important cause to rule out is Testicular Cancer. If separate from the testicle, an epididymal cyst or spermatocele is the most common. Other common causes: epididymitis and varicocele.
