Hello. : Hello. I don't know the cause of your pain. Pain can radiate to the testes from abdominal sources like renal calculi and hernias.  Abdominal pain can sometimes perceed testicular pain in testicular torsion.   Here are possible sources of pain: epididymitis; hydrocele; inguinal hernia; kidney stones; testicular injury; testicular torsion; varicocele or a uurinary tract infection.  It isn't possible to tell if this from an abdominal or  testicular source. Due to the severity of the pain, i recommend you go to the emergency room to be evaluated.

one of my testicle feels like a solid lump. it's hard and swollen. accompanied by lower abdominal pain. i took anti inflammatory to soothe the swelling and pain. is it prostate cancer? i'm worried. pls help

Get checked by urolo: If you are under 40 and it is painless need evaluated by a urologist as could be testis cancer. If there is pain and swelling may be infection like orchitis. However painful or not need to see a urologist

i have a ball about the size of a newtons cradle ball on my right testicle, no pain and normal urination, it is firm and no movement from its connection to the testicle, i get scared coz dad has liver cancer and mum has thyroid cancer, no cancer i h?

: I believe this is not a malignant mass.  What you are describing sound like a mass in the epididymis.  This most likely is a cyst, but you need a thorough exam and probably a testicular scan and ultrasound.  I would suggest that you follow up with you PCP or a urologist.

Need 2 B examined: Could be a pinched nerve, hernia or intermittent testis torsion.

a big kid jumped on top of me and my right testicle had gotten squished then basically popped/pushed to the side. the pain went away shortly after but for the next few days ive been feeling a little pain in my abdomen and its somewhat discomforting?

Pain: Low back to abdominal and testicular pain is classical kidney stones. However, other causes include hernia, torsion, muscle strain, and even an appendicitis, to name a few. Please follow up with your pcp or urgent care if warrented.

Testis pain: Most cases of pain in the testicle will resolve on their own.  I would see your primary care doctor to make sure you don't have an infection first.  A scrotal ultrasound may also be helpful.  I would advise that if your symptoms persist longer than three months, you should probably see an urologist.
