It may be: But get checked by your gyn.  It could be in the pelvis.  One good medicine for arthritis pain is Cymbalta (duloxetine) if u are not on that.  It builds up transmitters in the brain that decrease ascending pain signals.  Make sure you get good sleep at night and don't clinch or grind teeth a lot at night.  You could have a UTI though, they come up atypically at times.  Good luck.

At your age,: more likely ovarian cyst, or endometriosis, or appendix issues.  If pain is getting worse, or fevers, see your doctor.

Ovarian cyst, : Pelvic and back pain in a young female can be ovulation pain , ovarian cyst, Kidney or ureter stone, endometriosis or others.
the process starts with seeing an Ob/Gyn to perform a pelvic exam.
Ovarian disorders can be detected by a pelvic Ultrasound
A CT scan is more useful to diagnose kidney or ureter stones, appendicitis and other bowel related disorders

Yes, if enlarged: Your Fallopian tubes will be visible if enlarged with an ectopic pregnancy or infection. The obesity may require a vaginal ultrasound probe rather than an abdominal one.

had constant heavy vaginal bleeding and clotting with right sided pelvic pain for over a year. waiting for hysterscope and ablation . no fibroids?

Good choice: An ablation is a great option for people with heavy periods who are finished having children.  I assume you have had a pelvic sonogram already. Fibroids are easy to see on a sonogram. Even if you did have fibroids an ablation is still a reasonable option.

i'm a 28 year old female that has had right sided pelvic pain for a few months. i have had two clear ultrasounds and a clear ct scan with contrast. can right sided pelvic pain be a symptom of colon cancer? or any idea on what may be causing the pain?

Right pelvic pain: Have  other GI signs ?, nausea /vomiting? diarrhea? blood in stool? Able to eat? May be GI - gallbladder,   diverticulum ( meckels- but that is  associated with bleeding) ,  CT would note appendicitis and  i assume  kidney stones were considered .  But   I have seen women w/pelvic pain w/vaginal culture  of  ureoplasma/ mycoplasma  and responded to docycycline / or azithromycin f/u /MD

When: If it is immediately post op that is to be expected as post op pain, but,  you will need to make sure there is no infection. If it is much later scar tissue is a possibility. Check with your surgeon.

could problems with intestine or colon cause painful vaginal sex and constant right side pelvic pain? have gastrointestinal issues as well.
