Hard to say: Without knowing the nature, time course,  associated symptoms, exacerbating and alleviating factors it is hard to say.  Could be from adhesions, kidney stone or infection, constipation or any one of a hundred other less common things.

Biliary colic: You can still have biliary colic (pain, spasm, and obstruction) in your bile ducts) after your gall bladder has been removed. Alternative possibilities include a kidney stone, hepatitis, muscle spasm, and  pleurisy. You need more tests.

Mechanical irritation due to bra wires can exacerbate the symptoms.
