Pain after baby: all kinds of body ache is common after having a baby.  Since you are 14 wks out, see your doctor to make sure everything is ok.  However, this is not uncommon.

had been suffering back, hip &side pain on &off since few weeks after c section (13 wks ago), they seem to be easing now. could it have been recovery?

Recovery after C-sec: Yes, it may take a few weeks for your body to recover after a Cesarean delivery. Your body is going through a lot of changes right now. It is a good to hear that you are starting to feel better. You should talk with your OB about how you are recovering, and see if they have any additional advice for you about how to treat your symptoms safely (if you are breastfeeding).

i'm having right lower side pain no appendix did have a carcinoid tumor on appendix.had c-section 7 months ago.

Could be: caused by the scar tissue , or from an ovarian cyst, mesenteric adenitis is another possibility ,could be  pelvic infection . You may need a ct scan of the lower abdomen. See your doctor.

That is odd: Continued pain as you described is of some concern. You may have scar tissue. There may be some injury to the ureter (the tune from the kidney tintype bladder) which may explain the left-sided back pain though this is not that common in C-sections. Finally, it may be chronic back issues or positional problems even nerve stretching or injuries from the procedure itself though less likely.

Pain s/p c section: 13 weeks after c section you should be pain free and back to normal. May be adhesions or a fluid collection or even abscess/ infection/retained product-endometriitis ( usually have fever). Consider an untrasound or CT to check for infection. Adhesion which no one can predict , are usually only seen at surgery because you actually have to look. Call you doctor or go to an ER

Worth getting check: If your c section was 13 weeks ago things should be getting back to normal by now. If you are having all of these pains in various body parts then it is worth while to get an exam done by your doctor.

BV: Sounds like bacterial vaginosis.  You may also be dealing with a superimposed fungal (yeast) infection.  Treatment is usually pretty straightforward (e.g. Flagyl, diflucan, (fluconazole) etc..).  Get checked out asap.

?? Gallbladder: You may be experiencing pain from your gall bladder-- possibly gallstones.  You should speak with your physician about getting an ultrasound of your gallbladder.  Obviously avoid greasy foods until then.

Gastric irritation: Gastritis can be aggrevated by alcohol.
